6:00 p.m. tomorrow (June 27), close the interface of Thanh Hoa Provincial Public Service Portal

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - From 6:00 p.m. on June 27, 2025, the Public Administration Service Center will close the interface of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Public Service Portal at https://dichvucong.thanhhoa.gov.vn to officially test it on the National Public Service Portal at https://dichvucong.gov.vn from July 1, 2025 to become the only "one-stop" point providing national online public services to serve people and businesses in performing administrative procedures in the electronic environment.

Closing the Thanh Hoa Provincial Public Service Portal interface to switch to official operation on the National Public Service Portal Implementing Official Dispatch No. 5788/VPCP-KSTT dated June 24, 2025 of the Government Office , on instructions for upgrading, testing, and evaluating the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system; To ensure the progress and quality of upgrading the National Public Service Portal and the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system to meet the assigned tasks to provide continuous, smooth, and uninterrupted public services to people and businesses from July 1, 2025.

Some important contents that people and businesses need to note:

- After closing the Thanh Hoa Provincial Public Service Portal interface, online public services under the jurisdiction of agencies, units and localities in Thanh Hoa province will still be received normally on the National Public Service Portal at the address: https://dichvucong.gov.vn, which is integrated and synchronized with data between the Thanh Hoa Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System and the National Public Service Portal.

- Operating only one Public Service Portal does not change the authority to receive and handle administrative procedures of departments, branches and localities in the province.

- The system ensures publicity and transparency throughout the process of receiving, processing, monitoring, urging, and supervising the quality of administrative procedure settlement according to regulations.

- Accessing the correct official address of the National Public Service Portal helps prevent fraud through fake websites, protecting the legitimate rights of people and businesses.
