Accordingly, the first prize winning option for Bridge No. 1 has the code DN0001-A (UD2401) with the architectural option "Parabolic Artistic Steel Arch Bridge". The first prize winning option for Bridge No. 2 has the code DN0002-B (UD2401) with the architectural option "Flower Arch Bridge". These two options were selected as the options for implementing the basic design and construction drawing design for the construction of two bridges connecting to Ngoc Island. Both first prize winning options were designed by the Joint Venture of the Institute of Urban Planning and Architecture and A2Z Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Transport and the Department of Construction to inspect and confirm the architectural drawing documents of the two bridges connecting to Ngoc Island in accordance with legal regulations and the approval content of the Provincial People's Committee to implement the next steps. Nam Cuong Hanoi Group Joint Stock Company organized the public announcement of the competition results and notified the results to the participating units so that relevant agencies, organizations, individuals and the people could know; organized the awarding of prizes to the units in accordance with the regulations and rules of the competition. Based on the architectural plan of the two bridges, Nam Cuong Hanoi Group Joint Stock Company and related units carried out the steps of investment preparation and implementation of the bridge construction investment project in accordance with legal regulations.

Previously, at the end of 2023, the Provincial People's Committee assigned Nam Cuong Hanoi Group Joint Stock Company to organize a competition for architectural plans for 2 bridges connecting to Ngoc Island. According to Nam Cuong Hanoi Group Joint Stock Company, the construction site of the 2 bridges is in the Sat River area, Thach Khoi Ward ( Hai Duong City). Bridge No. 1 has a length of about 0.25 km with the starting point on the main road No. 19 crossing the Sat River, the end point connecting to Thien Phu Tu Minh area. Bridge No. 2 is about 0.25 km long with the starting point on the main road No. 4 crossing the Sat River, the end point connecting to Truong Thinh area. The cost of building the 2 bridges is about 424 billion VND. The project implementation period is in the period of 2023 - 2025.

Ngoc Island Eco- tourism Area is a project in subdivision B, the commercial - tourism - cultural and new urban area in the west of Hai Duong City, which has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee for planning and assigned to Nam Cuong Group Joint Stock Company as the investor since 2007. However, due to many difficulties and problems, the project had to adjust the planning to suit the actual conditions and the investor had to request many times to extend the implementation time. Up to date On July 18, 2022, Nam Cuong Group Corporation held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Pearl Island Urban and Eco-tourism Area Project.
