200 households receive financial support to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 in 2024 - Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station

- On April 23, the Red Cross (RC) of Trang Dinh, Chi Lang, and Van Quan districts coordinated with the post office to organize support for people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 in 2024 (storm Yagi) and post-storm circulation from the emergency international aid project to be provided by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies with non-refundable aid.

Households affected by storm No. 3 in Trang Phai commune, Van Quan district are guided on the process of receiving support money.

Accordingly, 200 households affected by storm No. 3 in the above 3 districts have received livelihood support (each household received 2 million VND). The total value of the program reached 400 million VND.

It is known that this is the second round of support for households eligible for livelihood support and beneficiaries of the project. Up to this point, the whole province has completed the implementation of the emergency international aid project to support people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 and the post-storm circulation with a total budget of 3.5 billion VND for nearly 1,150 households.

Through that, it helps households affected by storm No. 3 to soon stabilize their lives, overcome difficulties and gradually restore their livelihoods.
