In 2025, through a survey of labor recruitment needs, enterprises in industrial parks in the province need about 23,600 workers, of which about 1,500 are university graduates, about 1,400 are college graduates, about 1,400 are intermediate and elementary graduates, and about 19,300 are unskilled workers.
