Huong Lo 2 project (section 1, phase 1) connecting National Highway 51 with An Hoa - Long Hung road was started at the end of 2020, with a total investment of more than 232 billion VND.

According to the original plan, this project would be completed in 2022. However, after more than 4 years of implementation, this project has not been completed yet because 42 households in Long Hung commune have not yet handed over the land.

To remove the bottleneck, from April 17, the propaganda and mobilization working group of the Bien Hoa City Party Committee Standing Committee went directly to households to propagate and mobilize them to hand over the land. In which, the city leaders participated in the delegation to directly visit some households to grasp the aspirations and requests of households subject to land clearance and acquisition for project implementation.

For recommendations that have a basis for resolution for the people, the city leaders directly directed the Bien Hoa City Land Fund Development Center to immediately handle them for the households, other problems that need to be reviewed must also be handled and answered to the people within the day. As a result, by May 13, the city's working group coordinated with the local government to propagate and mobilize 42/42 households to hand over the land, reaching 100% in both the number of households agreeing and the area to be recovered.

Currently, more than 20 households have dismantled the construction and relocated to new residences. Most of the households are located right in the construction area of ​​An Hoa 2 bridge, so the construction unit has deployed machinery and human resources to construct An Hoa 2 bridge on the Long Hung commune side (the bridge on the An Hoa ward side was completed nearly a year ago) with the determination to complete An Hoa 2 bridge by next September.
