2023 is the 10th time the Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival is held with the theme Khanh Hoa - Aspiration for Development. The Festival takes place from June 3 to June 6, 2023, in addition to famous singers, there are also 30 beauty queens, kings, and supermodels participating in the program.

The entire program uses Hollogram, 3D mapping, and AR (augmented reality) performance technology. In particular, the focus of the 2023 Sea Festival is the combination of artistic light performances in the opening ceremony. With 1,653 drones combined with modern music mixed with local music , the image of a dynamic Khanh Hoa, oriented towards development and integration, will be vividly recreated in the magical night sky.

Each night, the production crew will change some stage scenery, along with stage effects to suit the theme and staging ideas of each night of the program. The stage is built on the beach and also on the sea".

Right from the first days of presenting the stage design idea, the entire crew was very determined to create a stage for the first time located on the sandy beach, facing from the East. The main idea of the stage was the Sea Festival logo and the stylized image of Ponagar Tower above using Led matrix, with an extremely large size with a total length of more than 80m, a depth of 30m and a Layer truss height of 28m.

"We have directly surveyed with the stage construction technical team many times, calculated construction plans, ensuring absolute technical safety, meeting the requirements and scale of the art program of the 2023 Sea Festival. The Layer truss system and modern stage floor are under construction, about to be completed to hand over to the sound and lighting team; the LED screen is also completed on schedule for rehearsal and program running", Mr. Kieu Sinh revealed.
