4 leaders were appointed, transferred and reassigned

On November 26, in the provinces of Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, and Ha Nam , the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of these provinces announced decisions on personnel work.

Specifically, within the framework of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee meeting, the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee announced the decision of the Central Party Secretariat, appointing Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh, Head of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, to join the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

After the decision was announced, Nam Dinh Provincial Party Secretary Dang Khanh Toan presented the decision of the Secretariat to Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh.

In Thai Binh province, according to the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Mr. Nguyen Duy Chien, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, was transferred to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of this Committee.

Meanwhile, in Ha Nam province, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided that Mr. Tran Duc Thuan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ly Nhan district, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the District Party Committee of this district; transferred and appointed Mr. Tran Duc Thuan to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board.

Ha Nam Provincial Party Secretary Le Thi Thuy presented the decision to Mr. Tran Duc Thuan.

The Standing Committee of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee also decided that Mr. Bui Van Hoang, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, ceased to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; appointed Mr. Bui Van Hoang to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Ly Nhan District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
