41 units participate in the National Food Festival in Dien Bien

NDO - 41 companies, cooperatives, restaurants, and business households participating in the Food Festival come from 14 provinces and cities across the country.

Continuing the events within the framework of the National Tourism Year - Dien Bien 2024, on the evening of November 15, in the center of Dien Bien Phu city, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the People's Committee of Dien Bien province jointly organized the National Food Festival, 2024.

Participating in the Food Festival are 41 companies, cooperatives, restaurants, and business households from 14 provinces and cities across the country.

During the 3 days (from November 14 to 17), units with booths at the Food Festival will introduce and serve visitors unique dishes, imbued with traditional culinary culture of regions in the country.

Welcoming people and tourists to attend the National Food Festival, Mr. Nguyen Minh Phu, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dien Bien said: Also at this time, Dien Bien province presides over and coordinates with the extended Northwestern provinces and Ho Chi Minh City to organize the Northwest - Dien Bien Tourism Fair in 2024; the Northwest Golden Chef Competition in 2024; and at the same time presides over the organization of the Photo Exhibition "Cultural Colors of Ethnic Groups in Dien Bien Province in 2024".

The artisan couple Hoang Trung - Truong Chieu did not mind the long journey from Can Tho to Dien Bien and personally made traditional cakes to serve the people of the Northwestern provinces.

Tourists and people of Dien Bien are extremely excited to visit and enjoy the typical dishes and products of the regions in the country in the mountainous town of Dien Bien. In particular, the stalls of artisans and businesses from Ho Chi Minh City, Kom Tum, Quang Ninh, Quang Ngai, Thanh Hoa, Thua Thien Hue ... attract a lot of diners.
