5 steps to contribute ideas to amend the Constitution on VNeID

Instructions on the steps to make comments on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution on the VNeID application

According to Lam Dong Provincial Police, people's comments on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Constitution on the VNeID application are carried out in a 5-step sequence: People log in to the VNeID application; access the Utility to collect people's opinions on the content of amending the 2013 Constitution on the VNeID application; choose to read the Draft amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution and the final step is to enter the content of the comments and send the information.

The Ministry of Public Security has established and managed a Utility system to collect public opinions on the VNeID application so that people can follow 5 simple steps to contribute opinions on the amendment of the 2013 Constitution from May 6 to May 29, 2025.

In addition to VNeID, individuals can contribute opinions to amend and supplement a number of articles of the Constitution on the National Assembly Electronic Information Portal, the Government Electronic Information Portal or send written opinions to agencies responsible for synthesizing local people's opinions according to regulations.
