5 people were fined 'heavily' for violating alcohol concentration

Notably, there were two cases of multiple traffic safety violations. Mr. VHD, born in 1993, in Tan Hong commune (Binh Giang), was fined 36.4 million VND and had his B2 driver's license revoked for 23 months due to 5 violations.

Previously, at 9:28 p.m. on October 25, Mr. VHD drove car 34A - 313.81 on Provincial Road 392 in Thai Hoc Commune (Binh Giang) and did not comply with the request of the officer on duty to check the alcohol concentration; did not bring a driver's license, vehicle registration, certificate of technical safety inspection and environmental protection; did not have a valid certificate of civil liability insurance of the motor vehicle owner.

Mr. N.D.V., born in 1996, in Yen Hong commune, Y Yen district ( Nam Dinh ), was fined a total of 53.5 million VND for violating 4 violations at the same time. At 9:53 p.m. on October 16, 2024, Mr. N.D.V. drove car 29A-155.35 on Pham Ngu Lao street (Hai Duong city) with a breath alcohol concentration of 0.610 mg/l. Mr. V. did not have a driver's license, vehicle registration, or certificate of technical safety and environmental protection.

There were also 3 other cases of alcohol concentration violations, each case was fined 35 million VND. That was Mr. NHH, born in 1967, in Nam Hong commune (Nam Sach), driving car 34A-027.32 on Nguyen Luong Bang street (Hai Duong city) on October 31 with an alcohol concentration of 0.628 mg/l of breath.

Mr. NCB, born in 1989, in Tan Binh ward (Hai Duong city), drove a 34C-233.60 car on Ngo Quyen street on October 30 with a breath alcohol concentration of 0.71 mg/l.

Mr. PHM, born in 1983, in Le Hong commune (Thanh Mien) drove car 34A-793.71 on road 392B, in Thanh Mien town on October 30, with a breath alcohol concentration of 0.861 mg/l.
