5 groups of subjects are covered 100% by health insurance when examining and treating diseases

According to the provisions of Article 14 of Decree 146/2018, there are some groups of subjects whose health insurance fund covers 100% of the costs when going to medical facilities for examination and treatment. This group of subjects also has some changes in their benefits from July 1, 2023 when the basic salary increases.
