According to information from the Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings), the Asia Records Organization has officially recognized 9 more Vietnamese dishes/groups of specialty dishes in the list of Asian culinary and specialty records.
The dishes/groups of dishes included in this list include: Can Tho traditional cakes (Can Tho City); fried sticky rice (Dong Nai); Phu The Dinh Bang cake (Bac Ninh); dragon fruit (Binh Thuan); Phan Thiet Golden Fish sauce (Binh Thuan); Luc Ngan lychee (Bac Giang); Lam Dong artichoke (Lam Dong); Long Xuyen broken rice ( An Giang ); pineapple dishes (Hau Giang).
Thus, up to now, there have been a total of 50 Vietnamese culinary specialties included in this list. The culinary specialties are nominated from localities, through a selection process, only retaining specialties that have a positive impact on the culinary culture of each locality to introduce.
The recognized specialties, in addition to being honored, are also named in the Asian Culinary Values identification set by the Asia Record Organization.
