During the inspection, comrade Tran Minh Duc requested that each item (instruction board, tables and chairs, necessary equipment) serve the people and businesses most attentively when they come to carry out administrative procedures; create a friendly and professional working environment, bringing the highest satisfaction to people and businesses.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Long Xuyen City requested the locality to closely follow the leadership documents, directions, plans and instructions of the Central Government, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to synchronously and effectively implement the task of operating the new commune-level administrative apparatus. This is a key factor to ensure continuity and unity in management and operation.

Currently, localities in Long Xuyen City are urgently completing all necessary conditions for human resources, facilities and technical infrastructure, ready for the trial operation day. In particular, the city leaders thoroughly instructed the staff, civil servants and public employees to be dedicated and responsible, to best solve the requirements and tasks set out in the new administrative apparatus. The Public Administration Service Center must be operated smoothly, ensuring timely handling of administrative records and procedures, avoiding congestion and delays.
