VHO - In the first 6 months of 2025, the Department of Tourism of Ninh Binh province conducted 740 patrols in Trang An Heritage Site, thereby detecting and making 18 records of violations of construction and land order.

In recent years, the management of construction order and land in Trang An Heritage has achieved positive results.

Director of Ninh Binh Province Department of Tourism Mr. Bui Van Manh said: The Department maintains a plan to patrol, monitor, and ensure order in the construction of residential houses and accommodation establishments. Checks and maintains hygiene, environmental landscapes, and other activities related to environmental landscape protection in heritage sites.

In the first 6 months of 2025, the Department conducted 740 patrols in Trang An Heritage, thereby detecting and making 18 records to determine violations of construction and land order for 16 violations. Coordinated and participated with the People's Committees of communes to enforce the demolition and self-demolish 19 violating constructions.

In addition, the Department of Tourism coordinated with the People's Committee of Hoa Lu City and the People's Committees of communes to verify land before approving construction permits for 129 cases in the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex.

Along with that, the Department has conducted 162 planned patrols on the management, exploitation and conservation of historical and cultural relics, geological heritages and archaeological relics within the heritage area. Thereby, it discovered and made 2 records for the relics of the Vice-Supreme Ha Giang Hau Church and the relics of Nguyen Khac Nhan Church. At the same time, it has grasped the restoration process of ranked and unranked relics in the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex.
