With passion, will and strong desire to get rich on his homeland, Nguyen Viet Lam has worked hard to research foreign documents on science and technology, agricultural production, from which he has applied them in practice, constantly learned from experience and innovated in the production process.

In the early days of starting his business, Nguyen Viet Lam spent all his own capital and his family's to grow clean agricultural products. There were also times when he was unsuccessful, when it seemed impossible to overcome because the cultivation of plants was not successful, the products were not of good quality, because transporting products to consumption places in the plains and neighboring areas was too difficult (due to the Covid-19 pandemic), and the capital was exhausted...

To develop concentrated production, affirm the brand and find stable output for tea trees, households have joined together to establish Ngan Son - Trung Long Cooperative. Mr. Nguyen Manh Thang, Director of Ngan Son - Trung Long Cooperative said: "The Cooperative currently has 8 official members and 32 associate members, with a total production area of over 20 hectares of safe tea, of which 5.5 hectares of tea meet VietGAP standards, a yield of 15.1 tons/ha, and an average revenue of 3 billion VND/year. Although Solanum procumbens is quite easy to grow, not picky about soil, has few pests and diseases, and grows all year round, because the output for the product was not stable in the past, there were times when people destroyed Solanum procumbens to plant other plants. Realizing the great development potential of Solanum procumbens, which can help people in the commune escape poverty and have a more stable life, Hop Hoa Cooperative persistently searched for an output for its raw material area, determined to preserve the tradition of growing this precious medicinal plant locally. Along with searching for an output for raw materials, the Cooperative has constantly learned and innovated. After a process of research and testing, the Cooperative has successfully produced and launched Hop Hoa Solanum procumbens tea.
