AgriS organizes strategic dialogue with financial institutions and professional investors

On October 10, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, AgriS (Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company, HOSE: SBT) successfully organized the AgriS Stakeholder Meeting 2025 event, gathering the participation of more than 130 professional investors and leading financial institutions, including securities companies, investment funds, banks, financial press, and domestic and international partners.

At the event, AgriS Deputy General Director in charge of investment, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hung Linh, emphasized the importance of establishing strategic partnerships with financial institutions, aiming to "shape sustainable capital flows for Vietnamese agriculture ".

The dialogue took place in an open atmosphere, focusing on strategic topics including effective capital management, expanding the investment ecosystem, and connecting global ESG capital flows. The participating organizations appreciated AgriS's proactive sharing of data, demonstrating business performance, and clearly demonstrating its commitment to international sustainable development standards.

Business results exceed plan, SBT shares surpass 8-year peak

Representatives of AgriS's Board of Directors announced the business results for the 2024-2025 fiscal year with consolidated net revenue reaching VND 28,482 billion, exceeding the annual plan by 9%. Profit before tax reached VND 950 billion, exceeding the plan by 6%. Profit after tax reached VND 834 billion, growing by nearly 4% over the same period, continuing to maintain the sugar industry's market share of 46%.

A notable highlight is the strong breakthrough of SBT shares. At the end of the 2024-2025 fiscal year, SBT shares recorded an increase of more than 80% compared to the beginning of the fiscal year, closing at VND 19,750/share. In the trading months of the new fiscal year, the shares continued to maintain their growth momentum, reaching an 8-year peak of VND 26,750 on October 10, 2025, an increase of nearly 130% compared to the beginning of 2025. Market capitalization is currently close to VND 22,000 billion with liquidity maintained at over 2 million shares/session. This positive development shows strong investor confidence in AgriS's growth strategy and management capacity, especially in the context of FTSE Russell's announcement that the Vietnamese stock market will be upgraded to a Secondary Emerging Market.

AgriS's strategic orientation for the period 2025-2030: Expansion - Digitalization - Globalization

Sharing about the development prospects in the coming period, Mr. Thai Van Chuyen - General Director of AgriS said that the development direction for the period 2025-2030 is based on three pillars: Expanding scale, Dataizing the value chain, Globalizing the agricultural ecosystem. By 2030, AgriS aims to achieve revenue of 60,000 billion VND, market capitalization of 2.7 billion USD, consumption output of 1.7 million tons of sugar, and at the same time expanding its presence in the Asia - Pacific region, with key markets including Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, Australia and Indonesia.

Along with expanding its operations, the Company will also promote the application of AI, blockchain and big data throughout the entire agricultural value chain to improve efficiency and international competitiveness. At the same time, the Company will focus on restructuring its investment portfolio and promoting IPOs of key business segments such as agriculture, manufacturing, distribution and technology to strengthen its financial capacity and expand cross-border cooperation.
