AgroViet 2024: 250 domestic and international booths participate in trade promotion

The 24th International Agricultural Exhibition (AgroViet 2024) will be held for 4 days from November 20 to November 23 at the Agricultural Exhibition Center, No. 489 Hoang Quoc Viet, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi City.

This information was given at a press conference to inform about the organization of AgroViet 2024, announced by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development today, November 12, in Hanoi.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Viet, Head of Event Organization and Trade Services, Agricultural Trade Promotion Center (Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) said that up to now, the Organizing Committee has received registrations from nearly 100 domestic and foreign units, equivalent to 250 standard booths. Of which, the international business booth area has 99 booths, coming from countries and territories such as: China, Taiwan (China), Mongolia, Korea, Australia, Russia, Japan.

Domestic pavilions come from 36 localities in regions across the country including: Binh Thuan, Thanh Hoa, Hung Yen, Lang Son, Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Binh Phuoc, Vinh Long, Son La, Bac Ninh, Phu Yen, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Nghe An, Ca Mau, Bac Giang...

AgroViet 2024 will display and introduce a variety of products with many agricultural products, OCOP products, typical local products, typically: ST25 En Vang rice, Seng Cu Lao Cai rice, Dien Bien jasmine rice, Chi Lang custard apple, A Luoi beef, Hue sour shrimp, Phan Thiet seafood, Bac Kan fragrant squash, Ca Mau crab, Thanh Hoa sour sausage, Nghe An pork roll, Phu Yen one-sun beef, Ly Son onion and garlic...

Many agricultural products and foods from various countries will also be displayed at the fair such as: Abalone, olive oil, Manuka honey, Australian native flower honey; ginseng, lingzhi mushrooms, Korean cordyceps; products made from red apples, yams, convenient stewed noodles, spicy stick products, dried beans, pickled agricultural products, dried products from mushrooms, dried fruits from Henan province (China)...

The highlight of AgroViet 2024 is the international exhibition area of post-harvest processing machinery and technology available on the international market. In addition to domestic enterprises, this exhibition area also has the participation of countries and territories: China, Mongolia, Korea, Australia, Russia, Taiwan (China), Japan, etc.

Products on display include: Machinery, equipment, technology for agricultural production and processing; post-harvest processing technology; gardening and farm technology; irrigation technology; livestock and crop farming technology, etc.

In addition to exhibition areas and booths, AgroViet 2024 also has other events such as: Vietnam-Mongolia Agricultural Products Promotion Forum; Vietnam-China Business Trade Conference and the Launching Ceremony of Vietnamese agricultural products booths on Chinese e-commerce and social networking platforms...

Mr. Hoang Van Du, Deputy Director of the Agricultural Trade Promotion Center emphasized: AgroViet International Agricultural Exhibition is an important annual trade promotion event of the Agriculture and Rural Development sector. AgroViet 2024 is organized to promote and expand international economic cooperation and exchange, promote brands, products, trade transactions, honor agricultural, forestry and fishery products, OCOP products, and agricultural specialties of localities across the country and is an opportunity for businesses and cooperatives to consolidate and exploit domestic and export markets.
