On the evening of November 11, in Hue city ( Thua Thien Hue province ), the Vietnam-Laos art exchange program took place with the theme: "Loyalty and eternal love". The program is part of the series of events "Vietnam-Laos Special Friendship Festival 2023", organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications in coordination with the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province, on the occasion of the 61st anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-Laos diplomatic relations (1962-2023) and the 46th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation between the two countries (1977-2023).

The music night is part of a series of events "Vietnam-Laos Special Friendship Festival 2023".

Taking place at the Cultural-Cinema Center of Thua Thien Hue province (41A Hung Vuong, Hue city) with the theme "Iron-hearted, everlasting love", the Vietnam-Laos art exchange program is a comprehensive, colorful program, honoring the special close friendship between Vietnam and Laos in general and between Thua Thien Hue, Salavan and Sekong and 10 Vietnamese provinces sharing a border with Laos. The program is staged and performed in the form of music , dance, unique and attractive costume and fashion performances, with the participation of Vietnamese artists, Lao students studying in Hue and a group of models.
