According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from the night of September 24 to the end of September 25, the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will have heavy to very heavy rain, with common rainfall of 50-100mm, locally over 200mm.

Heavy rain in the North, Thanh Hoa, and Nghe An is likely to last until the night of September 26, with total rainfall from the night of September 24 to the night of September 26 generally ranging from 100-250mm, and locally over 400mm.
