[Photo] Signing ceremony of cooperation and document exchange between Vietnam and Japan

NDO - On the morning of April 28, in Hanoi, right after the talks, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Japanese Prime Minister Ishiba Shigeru witnessed the signing ceremony of cooperation and the exchange of documents.

Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Training of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan on cooperation in human resource development in the semiconductor field, presented by Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son to Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam Ito Naoki.

The ceremony to hand over the framework agreement on teaching Japanese in Vietnamese high schools between the Ministryof Education and Training of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam was held by Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son and Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam Ito Naoki.

The ceremony of handing over the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan on promoting bilateral cooperation projects in the field of energy transition) was held by Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hoang Long with Deputy Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan Matsuo Takehiko.

The ceremony of handing over the memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan on research and development cooperation in the field of semiconductors, was held by Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Bui Hoang Phuong to the Ambassador of Japan to Vietnam.

Delegates attended the signing ceremony and exchanged cooperation documents.
