Implementing the Conclusion of the National Assembly Standing Committee on adjusting the 2025 Legislative Program

Accordingly, on April 23, 2025, the Office of the National Assembly issued Document No. 1208/TB-VPQH announcing the Conclusion of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the Government's proposal in Submission No. 169/TTr-CP dated April 5, 2025 on adjusting the 2025 Legislative Program and Report No. 1320/BC-VPQH dated April 26, 2025 on preparing for the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

Pursuant to the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long in Official Dispatch No. 4183/VPCP-PL dated May 14, 2025 of the Government Office on the implementation of the Conclusion of the National Assembly Standing Committee on adjusting the 2025 Legislative Program; Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 2375/BTP-CTXDVBQPPL dated April 29, 2025 of the Ministry of Justice on the implementation of the Conclusion of the National Assembly Standing Committee on adjusting the 2025 Legislative Program, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests:

Minister Nguyen Van Hung: Continue to absorb and perfect the Draft Press Law (amended) to ensure the highest quality

The Director of the Press Department shall seriously implement Resolution No. 77/2025/UBTVQH15 dated April 21, 2025 of the National Assembly Standing Committee adjusting the 2025 Legislative Program; focus on developing and completing the draft Law on Press (amended), reporting to the Ministry's leaders to submit to the Government no later than June 10, 2025, ensuring the quality and progress of submission to the National Assembly Standing Committee for consideration and comments at the meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committee in August 2025 and be responsible for the delay in submitting the draft law or submitting it incorrectly according to the provisions of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents 2025.

The Director of the Department of Science, Technology, Training and Environment continues to advise the Ministry's leaders to propose plans to develop a draft Resolution of the National Assembly on training in specialized professions and occupations in the field of art according to the Conclusion of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on training in specialized professions and occupations in the field of art in Document No. 1337/TB-VPQH dated April 28, 2025 of the National Assembly Office and the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long in Official Dispatch No. 4553/VPCP-KGVX dated May 27, 2025 of the Government Office on the Report on the Conclusion of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on training in specialized professions and occupations in the field of art./.
