On the afternoon of June 5, in Hanoi, President Luong Cuong worked with the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee and Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee on implementing the assignment of the Politburo and the Secretariat on directing, guiding, and urging the inspection of Party Committees, Provincial Party Committees, and Municipal Party Committees directly under the Central Committee to implement the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

Also attending the working session were Party Central Committee members: Le Khanh Hai, Head of the Office of the President ; Tran Van Ron, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee; Nguyen Thanh Hai, member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation Affairs Committee; members of Working Group 2089. On the side of the Hung Yen and Thai Binh Provincial Party Committees, there were comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee; comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee; comrades in the Standing Committees of the Hung Yen and Thai Binh Provincial Party Committees.
