Seeking comments on the draft Decree replacing Government Decrees on management of multi-level business activities

On June 4, 2025, Deputy Minister Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan made a note on the Submission dated June 3, 2025 of the National Competition Commission on requesting permission to post the Draft Decree replacing the Government's Decrees on the management of multi-level business activities on the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Electronic Information Portal.

Pursuant to Point c, Clause 1, Article 27 of Decree No. 78/2025/ND-CP detailing a number of articles and measures to organize and guide the implementation of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents and Pursuant to Point d, Clause 2, Article 12 of Circular No. 21/2025/TT-BCT regulating the development, promulgation and organization of implementation of legal documents of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the National Competition Commission sends the Draft Decree to replace the Government's Decrees on management of multi-level business activities.
