Accordingly, propaganda activities make cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers in the entire Party Committee more deeply aware of the meaning, role and importance of party congresses at all levels, the Party Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Government Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress and the major viewpoints, policies and orientations stated in the congress documents and become a broad political activity; thereby creating unity in ideology, awareness and action in the entire Party Committee to successfully organize the Party Congresses, affiliated Party cells and the Party Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Through propaganda, affirm the absolute, direct and all-round leadership of the Party over the state management activities of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; affirm the leadership and direction role of the Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term in implementing the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, the 13th National Party Congress and the political tasks assigned by the Party, the State and the People. Thereby contributing to encouraging, motivating and fostering the confidence of cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees and workers to continue to unite, strive, overcome all difficulties and challenges to successfully complete the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for the 2020-2025 term, making achievements to welcome the 1st Government Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and the 14th National Party Congress.

Propaganda activities need to be organized in many practical and appropriate forms, with a focus and key points, ensuring solemnity, economy, efficiency, compliance with regulations and suitability with the actual situation, closely following the political and ideological orientation of the Party; associated with propaganda to implement professional tasks and political tasks of agencies, units, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the country.
