With the fear of not having a place to watch the parade rehearsal, everyone went out very early to get a good spot.

At midnight on April 27, the sidewalks of Le Duan, Dinh Tien Hoang, Pham Ngoc Thach, Pasteur... streets were packed with people. Many people arrived from the evening of April 26, choosing good spots, waiting until tomorrow morning to watch the parade rehearsal.

A group of families from Hanoi have chosen a beautiful location on Dinh Tien Hoang Street.

Ms. Diep from Ba Dinh (Hanoi) excitedly shared: "It's okay to have such a nice seat even if it's a bit difficult. There are only a few times in life when we have 50 years. If we don't go this time, we won't have another chance."

Nguyen Mai Thuy, a first-year student from Ho Chi Minh City, was so excited to see the National Concert that she went to bed very early so she would have the energy to wake up and watch the rehearsal.

Dang Ngoc Lan, from Vinh Phuc, living in Ho Chi Minh City, carried the national flag with her, eagerly waiting to see the "handsome and beautiful" brothers and sisters of the forces in the parade.

A family from Binh Duong slept on a mat the night before to wait to watch the parade rehearsal.

Thousands of people flocked to the main streets to watch the parade.

At 3 a.m., thousands of people were sitting along Le Duan Street waiting for the parade to pass by.

Many people cannot return home because the streets are closed.
