The Nikon Zf will have a retro design reminiscent of Nikon FM or FE models from the 20th century. However, compared to the Df or Zfc models, the Zf only comes in black and not silver.
The camera has dimensions (L x H x W) of (144 x 101 x 57)mm, weighs 700g, and has a body made of ultra-lightweight, durable magnesium alloy.
The ZF comes with a 3.6-megapixel EVF electronic viewfinder and a 3.2-inch 2.1-megapixel tilting screen. Powered by the Expeed 7 processor, it boasts impressive video recording capabilities, supporting 10-bit HEVC H.265 (SDR/HLG/N-log) and 4K 30fps and Full HD 120fps.
However, being a full-frame camera, the device still focuses more on still images. Autofocus is a highlight of the camera, and it will have a new feature related to this aspect (which has not yet been revealed). In addition, it boasts 273 autofocus points along with features from the Z8/Z9 series such as 3D tracking.
This full-frame camera model features extended continuous shooting capabilities with RAW or HEIF files, along with mechanical/electronic/automatic shutter options.
