Bac Ninh continues to lead in terms of operating index and service quality.

DNVN - According to the results announced on the National Public Service Portal as of October 13, Bac Ninh province achieved 91.7/100 points, continuing to maintain the No. 1 position nationwide in the Index of direction, administration and assessment of service quality for people and businesses in performing administrative procedures and public services in real time in the electronic environment.

Bac Ninh continues to maintain its No. 1 position nationwide in terms of leadership, management and service quality for people and businesses.

This is the fourth consecutive week that Bac Ninh has topped the country, affirming the high political determination and persistent efforts of the entire provincial government system in administrative reform and digital transformation.

Compared to last week, Bac Ninh's total score increased by 2.21 points, the strongest increase since the implementation of the two-tier local government model. In the four consecutive weeks of holding the leading position, the total score of the whole province increased by 3.09 points, demonstrating a steady and substantial improvement in service quality.

Component indices remain high, digitalization of records increases to record level

This week's results show that all component indices of Bac Ninh remain stable and grow positively. The document digitization index reached 20.78/22 points, up 2.07 points compared to last week - the highest increase among the indices. The document processing progress index reached 19/20 points, approaching the absolute level. The online payment index reached 10/10 points - maximum completion.

The satisfaction index of people and businesses reached 17.86/18 points, maintaining a very high level of stability. The transparency index continued to maintain at 15.64/18 points, reflecting consistency in information transparency and administrative procedure settlement processes.

Overall, Bac Ninh scored 91.7/100 points, demonstrating synchronous operational efficiency, accurate data, and modern, friendly administrative processes, best serving people and businesses.

Departments, branches and localities continue to improve service quality.

At the department and sector level, the Department of Home Affairs, the Industrial Park Management Board, the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Health and the Department of Construction are typical units achieving over 92 points, clearly demonstrating the core role in maintaining progress, transparency and strong application of online public services.

At the grassroots level, Tan Tien ward took the lead in the province with 93.94 points; Hop Thinh commune, Bac Giang ward, Xuan Cam commune and Hoang Van commune all scored over 92.7 points. The average score of the whole province reached 91.06 points, reflecting the uniformity, sustainability and substance in the quality of administrative services at all levels of government.

Affirming the effectiveness of e-government models and substantive reform

Four consecutive weeks of maintaining the leading position nationwide is an important milestone in the journey of building a modern, professional, people-centered administration of Bac Ninh province. This result demonstrates the effectiveness of implementing the two-level government model, and affirms that the province's public service system has operated stably, transparently and effectively.

The Provincial People's Committee requested agencies and units to continue improving the quality of real data, reduce the rate of records requiring additional information, ensure 100% of records have valid electronic results; at the same time, promote online public services throughout the process, expand digitalization of results in essential areas such as land, business registration, social protection, household registration... to create maximum convenience for people and businesses.

The result of 91.7/100 points is a clear demonstration of Bac Ninh's continuous efforts in the journey of building e-government and digital government to serve the people, while affirming the province's pioneering position in innovation, creativity and comprehensive administrative reform.
