The Government has just issued Resolution No. 174/NQ-CP dated October 28, 2023, abolishing a number of resolutions on Covid-19 prevention and control issued by the Government.
The Government resolved to abolish all of the following 9 resolutions:
1. Resolution No. 16/NQ-CP dated February 8, 2021 of the Government on medical isolation costs, medical examination and treatment and some special regimes in the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic.
2. Resolution No. 78/NQ-CP dated July 20, 2021 of the Government on the Government's special meeting on Covid-19 prevention and control.
3. Resolution No. 79/NQ-CP dated July 22, 2021 of the Government on the procurement of drugs, chemicals, supplies, equipment and means for the prevention and control of Covid-19 pandemic.
4. Resolution No. 86/NQ-CP dated August 6, 2021 of the Government on urgent solutions to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic to implement Resolution No. 30/2021/QH15 dated July 28, 2021 of the 15th National Assembly .
5. Resolution No. 106/NQ-CP dated September 11, 2021 of the Government on tax policy on imported goods to finance the prevention and control of Covid-19 pandemic.
6. Resolution No. 128/NQ-CP dated October 11, 2021 of the Government promulgating temporary regulations on "Safe, flexible adaptation and effective control of the Covid-19 epidemic.
7. Resolution No. 145/NQ-CP dated November 19, 2021 of the Government on adjusting, amending and supplementing a number of policies and regimes in the prevention and control of Covid-19 pandemic.
8. Resolution No. 168/NQ-CP dated December 31, 2021 of the Government on a number of mechanisms and policies in the prevention and control of Covid-19 pandemic.
9. Resolution No. 38/NQ-CP dated March 17, 2022 of the Government on the Covid-19 Prevention and Control Program.
Abolish part of the following 4 resolutions:
1. Point 6 of Resolution No. 169/NQ-CP dated November 11, 2020 of the Government on the regular Government meeting in October 2020.
2. Section 1 of Resolution No. 48/NQ-CP dated May 6, 2021 of the Government on the regular Government meeting in April 2021.
3. Section 1 of Resolution No. 58/NQ-CP dated June 8, 2021 of the Government on the regular Government meeting in May 2021.
4. Point 2, Section II of Resolution No. 105/NQ-CP dated September 9, 2021 of the Government on supporting enterprises, cooperatives, and business households in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.
