At the conference, the Editorial Board of Binh Dinh Newspaper announced Decision No. 1861-QD/TU dated June 2, 2025 of the Standing Committee of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee on merging Binh Dinh Newspaper, Binh Dinh Radio and Television Station and the Provincial Party Committee's Electronic Information Page into Binh Dinh Newspaper.

The conference announced the decisions of the Editorial Board of Binh Dinh Newspaper on the establishment of specialized departments and the arrangement of officials and employees at Binh Dinh Newspaper; announced the decisions on the transfer and appointment of department heads and deputy department heads of Binh Dinh Newspaper.

Accordingly, after the merger, Binh Dinh Newspaper will have 9 departments, including: Organization and Administration; Planning, Finance and Services; News; Special Topics; Culture and Entertainment; Editing; Programs; Electronic Information and Digital Content; Engineering and Technology.

Speaking at the conference, Editor-in-Chief Ho Xuan Anh affirmed the decision to merge Binh Dinh Newspaper, Binh Dinh Radio and Television Station and the Provincial Party Committee's Electronic Information Page into Binh Dinh Newspaper to implement the Party's major policy towards streamlining and innovating the organizational apparatus. From there, Editor-in-Chief Binh Dinh Newspaper requested the newly appointed department leaders to quickly approach and review the work; organize and assign specific tasks to officials and employees.
