Handing over 2 houses to near-poor households in Cam Phuc Bac ward

On the morning of April 24, the Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Cam Ranh City held a house handover ceremony for two near-poor households: Mr. Phan Van Dung, Hoa Do 1 residential group and Mr. Trinh Huu Hao, Hoa Do 3 residential group.

Construction of the two houses began in March 2025. Mr. Trinh Huu Hao's house has a total area of ^​​48m2 , built at a cost of 170 million VND. Mr. Phan Van Dung's house has a total area of ^​​45m2 , with a total cost of 175 million VND. Of which, the support fund from the provincial budget is 60 million VND/house; families and organizations provide cash support.

At the handover ceremony, the households expressed their joy and emotion when the government supported them with funding to build new houses, creating conditions for their families to stabilize their lives and focus on economic development.

On this occasion, Cam Phuc Bac Ward People's Committee and local organizations gave meaningful gifts to the families.

To date, Cam Phuc Bac Ward has 4/6 houses handed over. It is expected that the remaining 2 houses will be handed over on April 29, completing the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the ward according to the direction of the province and city.
