After 7 days of focused research and study, the trainees were taught by officers and lecturers of Command 86, the School of Information Officers, and the Office of the Ministry of National Defense about computer skills, office tools; developing e-government, digital transformation in the Ministry of National Defense and in document and archive work; using digital signatures for individuals and organizations in issuing electronic documents; artificial intelligence in professional work... Through testing and evaluation, 100% of the trainees completed the class with good or better results; of which 30.8% were excellent, 50% were good and 19.2% were fair. At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee of the class awarded certificates of basic information technology application to 104 trainees.

In his closing speech, Major General Nguyen Van Chinh requested that the trainees effectively apply the knowledge and skills they have been trained in to advise and assist Party committees and commanders in administrative reform and e- government development and digital transformation; regularly inform, exchange and reflect with the Office of the Ministry of National Defense on regulations and guidelines that need to be adjusted and supplemented, and on difficulties and problems to continue to research, advise and propose to competent authorities for resolution.
