SON HOA: Training on poverty reduction for more than 150 cadres and veteran members

On June 2, in Suoi Bac commune, the Provincial Veterans Association coordinated with the Son Hoa District Veterans Association to organize a training conference to implement the "National Sustainable Target Program" for the period 2021-2025.

At the conference, 150 cadres and members of the War Veterans Association of Son Hoa district were presented with 3 topics by representatives of the Rural Development Department (Department of Agriculture and Environment): Introduction to the content of the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2021-2025; review of multidimensional poor and near-poor households for the period 2021-2025; guidance on some contents of livelihood diversification, developing poverty reduction models under the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2021-2025.

Through the conference, the aim is to foster knowledge on poverty reduction for cadres and members of the War Veterans Association of Son Hoa district; at the same time, promote propaganda and mobilize War Veterans Association members to actively participate in effectively implementing poverty reduction work in the locality.
