Comrade Pham Duy Hung, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, conveyed the content of Directive No. 47-CT/TW dated May 25, 2025 of the Party Central Committee Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership over public opinion work in the new situation.
Colonel Ha Trong Trung, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department, conveyed the following contents: Conclusion No. 132-KL/TW dated March 18, 2025 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive 36-CT/TW dated August 16, 2019 of the Politburo on strengthening and improving the effectiveness of drug prevention, control and combat; Plan No. 316-KH/TU dated April 11, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing Conclusion No. 132-KL/TW.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Hoang Duy Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and serious learning attitude of the delegates, which contributed to the completion of the proposed content and program.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested that district, city and affiliated Party Committees study and concretize the documents of the Central and the province with action plans and programs suitable to the actual situation of the locality and unit. At the same time, direct grassroots Party Committees to organize dissemination and implementation to all Party members, civil servants, public employees and workers under the management of the unit and locality (who have not studied online at this conference) in an appropriate form. In addition to the documents disseminated at the conference, it is necessary to disseminate and disseminate to cadres and Party members the resolutions and conclusions of the Politburo and the Provincial Party Committee assigned in Plan No. 335-KH/TU dated May 30, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
The members of the Provincial Standing Committee and the members of the Provincial Party Committee assigned to be in charge of the Party Committees shall directly direct and urge the dissemination, study and promulgation of the programs and action plans for implementation in the Party Committees under their charge. The District and City Party Committees shall assign members of the Standing Committee and members of the Party Committees at all levels to be responsible for directing and inspecting the Party Cells and Party Committees in organizing and implementing the programs.
Emphasizing the key tasks in the coming time, the Provincial Party Secretary requested Party committees, authorities, agencies and units to focus on implementing the set tasks resolutely, synchronously and effectively. In particular, it is necessary to focus on doing a good job of natural disaster prevention and control; ensuring security and order in the area; speeding up the implementation of the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses; doing a good job of site clearance for works and projects, especially the Cho Moi - Bac Kan road project; speeding up the progress of national target programs; focusing on solving administrative procedures for people and businesses; effectively implementing the "Digital Education for All" movement across the province to ensure synchronization, depth and suitability to the conditions of each locality and unit.../.
