BBK - On the afternoon of June 5, Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee held a conference on personnel work and preparation for the commune-level Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Co-chairing the Conference were comrades: Hoang Duy Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Phuong Thi Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Dang Binh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Dinh Quang Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Comrade Hoang Duy Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation gave a speech at the Conference.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee thoroughly grasped a number of contents related to the preparation work for the Party Congress at the commune level, term 2025-2030. In particular, it noted that localities, especially the communes that will be merged, need to ensure the quality of documents and progress according to the set plan. In the context of the whole province promoting the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 6th Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient", the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee generally noted that cadres at all levels who may be transferred to work as key cadres at the commune level need to be clear-headed and steadfast in ideology; and proactively start preparing the necessary conditions to successfully organize the commune-level congress. Closely follow local situations to have appropriate directions and solutions to promote socio-economic development in the coming term./.
