The exhibition displays nearly 50 works reflecting the persistent artistic creativity of author Ha Nguyen To.

Author Ha Nguyen To (born in 1977) was born and raised in Pho Yen ( Thai Nguyen ), but Ba Be land is where he built his career and gave him great emotions to choose the direction for his passion for painting. The exhibition "Ba Be Land and People" is a testament to his creative journey pursuing his passion, where he recreates the rustic, simple beauty through the emotional language of painting.

Author Ha Nguyen To shared: "For me, this exhibition is not only an opportunity to introduce my work, but also a word of gratitude. Gratitude to Ba Be nature - where the lake can speak, the forest trees can tell stories. Gratitude to Pac Ngoi people - those who preserve, protect and quietly nurture the beauty of their ethnic culture through each Then song, Tinh lute melody, and each indigo scarf dyed with forest leaves".
"I am honored to bring my works back to the place where my emotions were inspired - in a rustic village, among the people who accidentally became the characters in my paintings, and also the ones who preserve the precious identity that my paintings try to record."

The 46 paintings on display and introduced this time are composed of many different themes such as portraits, natural landscapes... painted with lacquer and acrylic materials.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Duong Van Phong, Chairman of the Bac Kan Provincial Literature and Arts Association, said: "I am very happy and proud that for the first time an art exhibition is held at Ba Be Lake.
