The points receiving application documents for the exam shall assign officers and teachers in charge of admission to review, amend and supplement priority areas and student information to serve the work of high school graduation exams, university and college admissions; at the same time, guide students at school in choosing subjects, reviewing for exams and registering for high school graduation exams in accordance with the admission combinations of training institutions. The points receiving application documents for the exam shall use the accounts and passwords that have been granted during the organization of the high school graduation exam to perform work according to the general plan, check, correct errors, check and confirm information on priority areas and priority subjects of candidates at the same time as candidates register for the high school graduation exam.
The Department of Education and Training requires that from July 10-20, 2025, units complete instructions and enter personal information of candidates who have not registered on the system, and provide accounts for candidates to register their admission wishes. High schools open computer rooms with internet connection for candidates to use to register their admission wishes. Schools support the registration of wishes for candidates who are not able to register online; at the same time, guide and support candidates to pay online registration fees according to regulations.
