This activity also aims to strengthen the responsibility of state management of food safety at all levels; promptly detect, prevent and handle violations of food safety; deploy post-inspection and food safety activities in the new situation according to Directive 17-CT/TW of the Secretariat; continue to strengthen the responsibility of state management of food safety in the new situation according to Directive 17/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister . Food safety inspection and post-inspection will also ensure accuracy, objectivity, publicity, democracy, timeliness, compliance with legal regulations; and not hinder the production and business activities of organizations and individuals subject to inspection.
The Department of Industry and Trade also carried out inspection and post-inspection work in June, focusing on establishments producing, trading, and processing food products under the management of the Industry and Trade sector such as: Beer, alcohol, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, processed milk, vegetable oil, flour, starch, cakes, jams, and candies. The inspection contents include: Business registration conditions, food safety, purchase and sale records, invoices and documents proving the origin of products, raw materials, food additives, product labels, etc.
