Conference of advanced models of Emulation Cluster No. III of the People's Court

Emulation Cluster No. III of the People's Court includes 7 provinces: Bac Kan, Thai Nguyen, Ha Giang, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Giang , Tuyen Quang. Of which, there are 7 provincial units and 66 district and town units.

In the period of 2020-2025, emulation movements have been widely, practically and effectively deployed by Emulation Cluster No. III on the basis of inheriting and promoting the patriotic emulation movement according to the consistent theme of the People's Court "Serving the public, upholding the law, being impartial and impartial", with the action theme "Responsibility, discipline, quality, for justice".

The People's Court units in the Emulation Cluster have launched an average of 3 short-term emulation campaigns each year, with the emulation themes associated with important events of the country, locality and the anniversary of the People's Court's tradition day. The Party Executive Committee, Party Committee, and leaders of the People's Court units in the Cluster have actively implemented emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister and local authorities such as: "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", "The whole country joins hands for the poor, no one is left behind", "Vietnamese enterprises integrate and develop", "Cadres, civil servants, and public employees compete to implement office culture", "Promoting the digital transformation program", "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025"...

The emulation movement in professional work has been effectively implemented. Thereby, there have been many initiatives, solutions, and scientific work plans, improving the quality and efficiency of work. The plan to launch emulation movements has been built and issued in accordance with the situation and characteristics of each unit, associated with "Studying and following the ideology, morality, and style of Ho Chi Minh".

Attention was paid to the work of propaganda, building and replicating advanced models. The work of emulation and commendation was innovated in content and form. During the period, 177 collectives and 316 individuals with advanced models were commended and rewarded. The whole cluster had 11 judges awarded the title of "Excellent Judge", 06 judges awarded the title of "Outstanding Judge" and 02 judges awarded the title of "Exemplary Judge"...

Chief Justice of Ha Giang Provincial People's Court, Head and Chief Justice of Bac Kan Provincial People's Court, Deputy Head of Emulation Cluster No. III in 2025 presided over the commendation and honoring of typical advanced collectives and individuals.

At the Conference, Emulation Cluster No. III summarized the emulation work contents for the period 2020-2025 and proposed directions and tasks for the period 2025-2030. At the same time, it conducted reviews and honored typical advanced collectives and individuals. Accordingly, Emulation Cluster No. III proposed to honor the "Emulation Flag of the People's Court" for 02 provincial-level People's Court units, 04 district-level People's Court units and 06 typical advanced individuals for the period 2020-2025./.
