
At the meeting, the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and related units reported in detail the implementation status of projects including: Sub-project of site clearance for Cho Moi - Bac Kan expressway; Project of connecting CT.07 expressway to Bac Kan city.
The investor of the Cho Moi - Bac Kan expressway project, Project Management Board 2 (Ministry of Construction), has proposed to Bac Kan province many contents related to site clearance (GPMB) to ensure construction progress. In particular, it is requested that the province direct the final payment of compensation in Thanh Thinh commune, from Km0 to Km6+300. This area includes important items such as Ban Chang bridge, roadbed through the commune with the characteristic of needing to treat weak soil, requiring early handover of the site so that the contractor can carry out construction on schedule.
In addition, the Board also recommended that the province promptly approve the compensation plan and pay the 4th, 5th, and 6th installments, prioritizing critical locations that can be constructed during the rainy season, such as the National Highway 3 intersection, Khuoi Quan Bridge, Thanh Van Bridge, Thanh Mai Bridge, and Cao Thanh Bridge. These are all large-scale projects, and the contractor has prepared human resources and equipment to begin construction as soon as the site is available.
For Bac Kan city, Project Management Board 2 requested the province to direct the Land Fund Development Center to make payment and hand over the basic land acquisition area, creating conditions for contractors to start construction of roadbed, bridge, and culvert items at the right time to suit the weather.
The meeting also discussed solutions to some problems arising at the facility regarding property compensation prices to suit reality.
Concluding the meeting, Comrade Dinh Quang Tuyen requested departments, branches and localities to urgently complete procedures, remove obstacles, speed up compensation payment and handover of land. At the same time, he assigned the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and units to review the implementation plan, promptly propose solutions, and ensure the completion of important milestones in 2025.
For the CT.07 Expressway Connection Project, the province requires consulting agencies and design consultants to study and adjust it towards a separate, modern architecture with a minimum cross-section of 41m or 58m, with room to expand the lanes later due to the current change in planning from a political center to a tourist service center./.
