The plan was issued to coordinate with the Department of Physical Training and Sports , the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, relevant agencies and functional units to organize the 2025 Asian Pencak Silat Championship in Ha Tinh in accordance with the Competition Laws and Regulations, ensuring the purpose, requirements and safety.
The 2025 Asian Pencak Silat Championship will take place from July 24, 2025 to July 31, 2025 in Ha Tinh.
In addition, through the tournament, promote and introduce the potential strengths of economy - culture - society, tourism and cultural heritage of Ha Tinh province to domestic and international friends; - Better meet the needs of enjoying spiritual culture of the people of Ha Tinh and neighboring provinces; contribute to creating motivation for Ha Tinh people, especially young people, to pay more attention to sports, exercise and participate in physical activities.
Help relevant agencies, units and event organizing teams accumulate experience in organizing major sporting events in the future. Raise the province's position on the continental sports map and affirm Ha Tinh as a potential destination for organizing major sporting events. Contribute significantly to the economic, cultural, tourism development and promote the local image.
The 2025 Asian Pencak Silat Championship will take place from July 24, 2025 to July 31, 2025 at the Provincial Sports Arena, expected to attract more than 1,000 athletes from 20 Asian countries.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant agencies, based on their assigned tasks, to proactively implement the contents of the Plan, coordinate in organizing professional tournaments, ensuring compliance with international standards set by the Asian Pencak Silat Federation.
Preparations must be carried out seriously and thoroughly, from facilities, competition conditions, accommodation, medical care to security and communication. Absolute safety must be ensured for delegates, officials of the Asian and World Pencak Silat Federations, referees, athletes and spectators throughout the tournaments.
Organize appropriate promotional activities, take advantage of sporting events to introduce the culture and tourism of Ha Tinh and Vietnam.
