The project is built on the central land at 62 Thai Nguyen Street, Phuong Sai Ward, Nha Trang City, with an area of over 2.7 hectares, with a total investment of over 544 billion VND. The Provincial Children's Cultural Palace is designed with inspiration from the red scarf - a familiar symbol of children, including 8 functional blocks.

The main highlight of the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace is the Mang Non Theater with a modern stage, sound and lighting system, with a capacity of nearly 1,000 seats; along with many items serving the physical training and learning needs of Khanh Hoa children. The project is both a place for physical training, supporting teaching and learning; and a place where many Youth Union - Pioneer activities will be implemented, contributing to improving the qualityof education outside of school.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan emphasized: The Provincial Children's Cultural Palace is a project that demonstrates the care and concern of the Party Committee and the Government of Khanh Hoa province for children - the future generation of the province. This will be a place for children to study, play, practice and develop comprehensively both physically and mentally; a place to nurture dreams and talents. In order to ensure the smooth transfer and operation of functional blocks between units and promote the effectiveness of the project, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan requested the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial Youth Union to promptly deploy the activities of the Provincial Children's Cultural House at the new headquarters after receiving the project; urgently complete and report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for approval of the project to establish the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace to stabilize and ensure that children's learning and training activities take place smoothly. At the same time, it is necessary to seek the support of the Central Youth Union to continue to guide and train team work in the province.
On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 3 groups and 2 individuals with outstanding achievements in successfully implementing the project. The joint venture of project construction contractors awarded 200 scholarships (each worth 1 million VND) to Khanh Hoa children; Vietravel Khanh Hoa Branch awarded 30 scholarships to Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union for disadvantaged students in the province.
