Also attending were Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council Tran Thi Loc, Dong Van Luu; Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Thu Trang; Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Hoang Thi Ngan, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Bac Kan province Ha Sy Huan and leaders of departments, branches and sectors.
As scheduled, the 29th Session will take place on June 6. The Session will consider and approve 8 thematic resolutions including:
Resolution stipulating the initial charter capital of the Land Development Fund under the Land Development, Forest and Environmental Protection Fund of Bac Kan province.
Resolution on adjusting the 2024 regular expenditure estimate has been transferred to 2025 of the National Target Programs.
Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulation on the allocation of state budget funds to ensure the work of drafting legal documents and perfecting the legal system in Bac Kan province, issued together with Resolution No. 23/2022/NQ-HDND dated December 10, 2022 of the People's Council of Bac Kan province.
Resolution approving the Project to adjust the construction zoning plan of Thanh Binh Industrial Park, phase II.
Resolution approving the list of additional works and projects requiring land acquisition to be implemented in 2025.
Resolution approving the list of works and projects to change the purpose of using rice-growing land, protective forest land and production forest land to be implemented in 2025.
Resolution approving the policy of changing the purpose of forest use to other purposes to implement works and projects (supplementary) in 2025 in Bac Kan province. Resolution assigning the authority to decide on the procurement of the task of digitizing the archives of the Provincial Party Committee.
At the meeting, the provincial People's Council committees reported on the review of the contents of the draft report and the draft resolution; delegates discussed unclear contents in the draft; requested the drafting agency to explain, clarify, supplement and complete the draft.
Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Phuong Thi Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct specialized agencies to edit and complete the draft resolution to ensure the time. Regarding the draft resolution assigning the authority to decide on the procurement of the task of digitizing the Provincial Party Committee's archives, the Provincial People's Committee was requested to prepare early and fully the content according to regulations. Other contents need to be proactively implemented to ensure requirements.
At the same time, prepare the contents for the 30th Session; it is possible to add a Thematic Session to resolve arising tasks if necessary, to meet practical requirements./.
