During the implementation process, grassroots associations have also built "Green Fences" to improve the living environment, beautify the rural landscape, and contribute to the construction of new rural areas in the area.

The family of Ms. Le Thi Tu, village 4, Dan Ly commune (Trieu Son) is one of the pioneers in donating land to build roads and build the model of "Clean house, beautiful garden". The land her family donated to the village to expand the road was part of a stagnant pond. On that occasion, her family bought more land to fill the pond to make a garden to grow vegetables and fruit trees. After a short time of completing the garden into plots for growing vegetables, and installing a drip irrigation system, Ms. Tu bought vegetable seeds to plant. Every season, there are vegetables to eat and sell. Every year, the income from Ms. Tu's family's vegetable garden "little by little" is also a good amount of money. But more importantly, the clean and beautiful garden, the square garden planning creates a green - clean - beautiful living space.

In Cam Giang commune (Cam Thuy), the new rural construction movement of women participating in the model "Clean house, beautiful garden" has a very practical meaning. According to the instructions of the association, cadres and members have implemented the criteria of "Clean house" - arranging furniture scientifically , neatly and tidily; rooms, kitchens, toilets, barns, yards, alleys are kept clean every day; waste is classified, garbage is dumped on time, in the right place; there are sanitary facilities, clean water that meet standards. With the criteria of "Beautiful garden", the women have planned a scientific home garden, barn area; fruit trees, vegetables, flowers... are arranged reasonably and cared for according to the correct process, no abuse of pesticides, no environmental pollution; ensuring a safe food source, while creating a green landscape all 4 seasons.

Starting from the model of "Clean House, Model Garden" implemented by the Provincial Women's Union since 2019, in 50 households in 5 communes of 5 districts of Dong Son (now Thanh Hoa City), Yen Dinh, Ha Trung, Thieu Hoa, Thach Thanh, it has been effective. In the process of replicating the model, the unions at all levels have flexibly directed households with garden areas that are not sufficient according to the regulations for building "Clean House, Model Garden" to switch to building "Clean House, Beautiful Garden" to suit local realities, and at the same time build green fences instead of weeds. From here, the models of "Clean House, Beautiful Garden", "Green Fence" have gradually been formed. In order for the models to truly come into life, the unions at all levels have been associated with the implementation of the campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's, contributing to fostering Vietnamese family values", the movement to build "Family of 5 yes's, 3 clean's"... Thereby, building specific models with clear criteria for implementation. In addition to support from the Women's Union at higher levels (funds, trees, trash cans, seeds, etc.), localities have had creative, practical, and appropriate ways of doing things, such as: registering to complete the new rural development goals on environmental sanitation, building flower roads, green fences, implementing new cultural lifestyles, etc.

In general, the models "Clean house, beautiful garden", "Green fence" received the response of members and women in the area. The main work of households participating in the models is to tidy up their home gardens, arrange and arrange plants in the garden reasonably to ensure the promotion of each area in the garden and create a garden that is both beautiful and economically valuable, while always keeping the house clean, neat and tidy. With the motto "holding hands to show how to do it", guiding from the smallest things and accompanied by some other support from the province and district, after a short time, the models have come into life, developing into a widespread movement in the province with practical changes in people's lives. Many units have attached many model signs, typically, the Women's Union at all levels of Vinh Loc district has attached nearly 300 signs "Clean house - beautiful garden"; Thuong Xuan district has attached nearly 500 "Clean house, beautiful garden" signs, built 23 "Flower and green tree roads replacing weeds" routes; Ngoc Lac district Women's Union has nearly 3,000 member families registered to implement the model, actively contributing to the construction of new rural areas, model residential areas and associated with community tourism development... Up to now, the whole province has nearly 32,500 houses with "Clean house, beautiful garden" signs by the Women's Union; built more than 5,000km of green fences and flower roads; planted more than 1 million trees... In early 2025, the Provincial Women's Union launched a special emulation campaign to celebrate major holidays with 6 projects/tasks. Among them, the model "Clean house, beautiful garden", "Green fence" is one of the projects/works related to building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, contributing to creating a highlight to change the thinking, thinking and working methods of the association in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas.
