In the first 6 months of the year, trade unions at all levels have been proactive, creative, and flexible in propaganda and mobilization work, mobilizing resources to promote activities to care for and support union members and employees to stabilize their lives and work with peace of mind. Trade unions at all levels have cared for union members and employees with a total amount of VND 215.177 billion; of which, the Provincial Federation of Labor supported the construction and repair of 102 "Union Shelters" with a total support amount of VND 4.133 billion. Implementing the "Welfare Program for Union Members and Employees", trade unions at all levels organized the signing of cooperation agreements with 13 partners, providing products and services with good quality and preferential prices compared to the market for employees.... As a result, 40,197 union members and employees enjoyed preferential treatment with a preferential amount of VND 5.81 billion...

The work of developing union members, establishing grassroots unions, grassroots trade unions and building strong grassroots unions has been implemented by the trade union organization. In the first 6 months of the year, the whole province has established 46 grassroots unions, including 42 grassroots trade unions and 4 grassroots trade unions; developing and increasing by 17,696 union members/37,000 union members, reaching 47.8% of the target assigned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

In addition, the patriotic emulation movement among workers was effectively organized and implemented by trade unions at all levels, attracting a large number of cadres, union members, and workers to actively participate. As a result, 1,050 people achieved the title of "Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level"; 32 individuals were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 1 collective and 2 outstanding individuals were proposed for the Certificate of Merit from the Government ; 2 individuals were proposed for the Third Class Labor Medal.
