Propaganda about the establishment of cooperatives and the OCOP Program for more than 100 students of Giao Thien commune

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tuan, Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union, introduced regulations on the establishment of cooperatives.

At the training course, representatives of cooperatives, cooperative groups and local people were informed of the basic new points of the 2023 Law on Cooperatives. The focus was on the basic conditions and regulations for establishing cooperatives, such as: minimum number of members, rights and obligations of members; principles of organization, management and operation of cooperatives; state policies on the development of cooperative groups, cooperatives, and cooperative unions; regulations on the establishment and operation of cooperatives... and detailed instructions on some contents of the implementation of the Law at the grassroots level.

Many delegates and people of Giao Thien commune attended the training course.

Along with that, delegates were also introduced to the common points of OCOP products; the benefits of building products according to this standard; the evaluation and classification procedures; requirements for OCOP product evaluation records at provincial and national levels...

Through the training course, not only will cooperatives and cooperative groups be equipped with new points of the collective economy , the new Law on Cooperatives 2023 will aim to accelerate the implementation of the Law at the grassroots level, increasing the rate of establishing new cooperatives. At the same time, it will arouse the spirit of self-reliance, self-reliance, the desire to escape poverty and participate in the cooperative economy of local people through the OCOP program.
