Khanh Vinh summarizes 2 emulation movements

On the morning of June 6, Khanh Vinh District People's Committee held a conference to summarize the emulation movements: "For the poor - No one is left behind" for the period 2021 - 2025; "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" for the period 2024 - 2025.

After 5 years of implementation, the emulation movement "For the poor - No one is left behind" in the district has achieved impressive results such as: The poverty rate has decreased from nearly 46% in 2021 to 12.4% by the end of 2024, the material and spiritual life of the people has been constantly improved, the appearance of the countryside has changed every day. Regarding the movement "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses", by the end of April, the district had completed support for repairing and building new houses for 685 poor, near-poor and disadvantaged households, reaching 100% of the set plan.

On this occasion, Khanh Vinh District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 22 collectives and 23 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "For the poor - No one is left behind" for the period 2021-2025; awarded certificates of merit to 7 collectives and 12 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses".
