Mr. La O Truc's family is a particularly poor household in Phuoc Tan commune. For many years, family members have had to live in a dilapidated stilt house. Faced with this situation, the People's Procuracy at two levels and the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Phu Yen branch, supported the construction of a new 40m² house, providing a solid home for Mr. La O Truc's family.
Specifically , civil servants and employees of the two-level People's Procuracy contributed 40 million VND, Agribank Phu Yen branch supported 50 million VND and the family borrowed a part to complete the project. After nearly 2 months of urgent construction, the house was completed on schedule and put into use in time.

Phuoc Tan is a difficult mountainous commune that the Provincial People's Procuracy received help from according to Plan 68 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on implementing the model of "Agencies and units helping communes and villages in difficulty and cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees helping poor households". Over the past years, the Provincial People's Procuracy has actively contributed, mobilized, connected and supported the locality to build 3 Gratitude houses with support levels of 40-90 million VND/house; presented hundreds of gifts to poor and disadvantaged households and policy families in this locality.
