In June, Hanoi is as hot as fire. The concrete field of the Training, Professional Development and Vocational Education Center No. 1 (Mobile Police Command, Ministry of Public Security ) is filled with scorching heat, the temperature here is approximately 50 degrees Celsius. Many officers and soldiers liken this place to a "fire pan" for refining "steel".
A day of police soldiers forging themselves in the "fire pan" of parades
In the harsh sunlight, groups of People's Public Security officers and soldiers still walked out to the training ground with a serious and neat demeanor in their grass-green uniforms.
They quickly lined up in formation, ready to enter the parade practice session, marching in preparation for the important event - the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 (A80).
Not only practicing formation techniques, team work, and command movements, officers and soldiers also practice at high intensity to improve physical endurance and weather resistance.

As the leader of the male Air Force officer block, Pham Duc Hieu - a student of the People's Police College I - felt honored to be included in the A80 parade formation.
Hieu said that his and his teammates' day started before the sun rose. At 4:45, the alarm clock rang, signaling the start of a new training day. After morning exercises, the team quickly cleaned up, ate breakfast, put on their uniforms and headed to the training ground.
6:30 AM, the first training session began. Under the scorching sun, the concrete yard was steaming hot, sweat poured out like a shower, but no one left the line or complained. The shouts of the officers and soldiers resounded, their footsteps were in sync, each arm swung in rhythm, following the training officer's command.

At 11am, the morning training session ends, the soldiers have lunch and rest. In the afternoon, they continue their duties from 2pm to 5pm. In the evening, they bathe, eat, do activities and go to bed at 9pm.
Hieu confided that the most difficult thing was not only the intensity of the training but also the harsh weather. "Standing for hours under the sun, still having to keep your back straight, swing your arms and legs evenly, look straight ahead, and show pride.
There were times when sweat was so wet that my eyes stung and my legs felt like they were about to give way, but I always told myself that I was carrying a sacred responsibility and was not allowed to falter," Hieu said.

He said: "In the military career of a police soldier, walking once on the historic Ba Dinh Square is a great honor.
That's why my teammates and I always remind ourselves to work harder, overcome all hardships, and excellently complete the tasks entrusted to us by the Party, the industry, and the people."

For Cao Nhat Minh - a student of the People's Security Academy, each command and technical movement in the "fire pan" of the training ground is not only physical training, but also a way to foster the steel spirit and qualities of a police officer.
"We know that the road ahead is full of challenges, but with our youth, ideals and resilient spirit, we will together complete the mission, contributing to creating a solemn parade with profound historical significance," Minh shared.
The late afternoon sunlight gradually softened, the faces of young soldiers like Hieu, Khai, Minh... were red, their shirts were soaked with sweat. Their steps, as well as those of nearly 2,000 comrades on the training ground, were still steady, ready for the training days ahead.
