Exciting culinary competition and startup booth "Nha Trang past and present"

On the morning of June 6, at Phu Dong Park, Nha Trang City People's Committee organized a culinary contest and a startup booth with the theme "Nha Trang past and present". This is an activity in response to the 2025 Sea Culture - Tourism Festival.

Mr. Nguyen Van Minh - Vice Chairman of Nha Trang City People's Committee delivered the opening speech of the contest.

The competition was attended by 50 teams from the Women's Union of 22 communes and wards in the city. With 44 food stalls and 6 start-up stalls, the teams brought to the competition about 50 savory and sweet dishes with the rich culinary flavors of Nha Trang from the past to the present, such as: Banh canh, vermicelli with jellyfish, vermicelli with crab, banh xeo, banh can, nem nuong, banh it, banh hoi, banh beo, pho, banh cuon, vermicelli with grilled pork, various types of sweet soups, cakes of all kinds... The competition took place from 8am to 9pm on the same day. At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 7 consolation prizes to the winning teams in each category of dishes.

Ms. Phan Thi Hoa Binh - Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union presented souvenir flags to the teams participating in the competition.
