Handing over 3 houses in Tan Phu Dong commune sponsored by CRS

(DTO) On August 15, at Ba Tien 2 Hamlet and Phao Dai Hamlet, Tan Phu Dong Commune, Dong Thap Province, the Dong Thap Province Irrigation Department (Department of Agriculture and Environment) coordinated with relevant units to hand over 3 houses to people within the framework of the Project "Implementing guidelines for disaster risk assessment and community-based housing reconstruction after natural disasters" sponsored by CRS.

In this phase, the project supported Tan Phu Dong commune with 4 houses, each worth 60 million VND; 3 houses have been completed and handed over to the households: Mr. Tran Van Sang, Nguyen Van Nhi (both in Ba Tien 2 hamlet) and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Thuy (in Phao Dai hamlet).

The houses are guaranteed to have 3 hard walls, corrugated iron roofs, and cement floors. The houses handed over will help households feel secure in working, producing, and improving their lives.
